"I have had State Farm for over 30 years and never knew or had help from an agent. They were just the unknown people that I paid each month. Suddenly we were transferred to Mr. Oswaldo Velazquez's office. What a blessing that was because we had encountered an issue with our home due to illness and loss in our family and he was right there to help us keep our homeowners insurance going through such a crazy time in our lives. He held our hands through the whole processes and went to bat for us with the underwriters. He is such a sweet man and truly cares for his clients as if they were his own family! I hope they never switch agents on us again because we want to keep Mr. Velazquez forever! On a side note, there is a woman who works at his office named Arleene and she is the absolute best!
