ROLE DESCRIPTIONOswaldo Velazquez Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Manager State Farm, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.   • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

  • Bilingual - Spanish required
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education

Compensation $44,979.00 - $113,890.00 per year
